I am chilean and I want to go the match between Fiorentina and Napoli  , but when I want to buy tickets I need the fidelity card, so what can I do?  , thanks

Hi, You don't need fidelity card beacuse you're foreigner. You need only ID. The ticket you can buy in ticket offices or in Fiorentina Store in Florence or by internet (TicketOne.it) or by phone or in places where is TicketOne.

Ticket sales will begin on February 23. The lowest price is 30 euro.

thanks Chiesa. I went to the website (https://shop.ticketone.it/t1-shop/#/product/ACFI2016NA0228?ctsaffiliate=ITT) and the tickets is on sale, but the website ask me for the fidelity card. Does the general sale starts on February 23?

I know now why ticketone ask for fidelity card, because is now sales for fans with fidelity card (In Viola). And now all is clear. From now to February 22 tickets are in sale for cardholders.
